Spin/Indoor Cycling
Cyclists of all levels of ability will benefit from our classes. Each bike is supplied with a computer that measures heart rate, cadence, power output - wattage and time, enabling you to monitor your pace during workouts and, over time, to accurately measure your improvement in sustainable power. The bike will be set up for you each class – all you need to do is show up and ride!
Why train through the winter?

The basic goal of any cyclist is to be able to ride longer and harder – now in our 6th winter season, our indoor cycling classes has proven to help you achieve this. Regardless of your level, complete beginner or seasoned competitor, whether you’re a road cyclist, a mountain biker, a triathlete or a fitness enthusiast, these classes will not only improve your cardiovascular condition, burn calories and make you a significantly better cyclist, but it will give you a big head start over those who wait till the snow melts to get on their bike.

Gran Fondo Indoor Cycling
This 12 week endurance road riding class will help you get to the end of the 125km ride in great shape. During the classes, we will learn drafting, group riding dynamics, bike maintenance and fit, flat repair and nutrition. We all have the option to ride the course in August to practice what weve learned. Class with be taught by 7 time Ironman John Blok $149.00
Outdoor Run Training
Join us Tuesdays at 7:30am for an outdoor run. Part of John's Adventures in Running series will possible take you up the mountian, run barefoot intervals or run the trails around Lost Lake. Join with a donation to "Sears - End Kids Cancer"

Yoga


Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a powerful, dynamic and challenging form of hatha yoga. Each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called vinyassa. The series of poses allows the body to create heat and thus gain more flexibility. Smooth, deep breathing (ujjayi), is synchronized with the movements. This powerful and vigorous practice purifies and realigns the body.

Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga is a dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement and integrates awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. Sequencing may include sun salutations, standing, arm balancing, inverted, and seated postures.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga describes any of the physical practices of yoga. It is what most people in the West associate with the word “yoga” and is practiced for mental and physical well being. Our Hatha yoga classes will challenge your strength, flexibility & balance. You will also learn to control your breathing in order to focus on the postures. It is a good place to learn the basic poses and can be a gateway to exploring other classes.

Power Yoga
Power Yoga is an energetic and challenging class integrates breath with movement and builds strength, flexibility and core stability. Sequences include sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated, twisting postures and may include introductions to arm balances and inversions to keep your yoga practice fresh and lively. This class will be challenging but adaptable to all levels.

Spin – Yoga
Cyclists spend a significant amount of time bent over a bicycle in a very protracted forward body position. As a result, imbalances in range of motion and strength can result. Yoga is an amazing complement to cycling training and contributes to overall balance, flexibility, core strength, and relaxation. These classes will incorporate yoga exercise specific to a cyclists needs and will be designed to address these potential imbalances. This is an addicting cocktail of indoor cycling and yoga in tandem! Jump start with a 40 minute powerful ride of hills & sprints and then move to the mat for 20 minutes to flow, strengthen, stretch and cool down! Harmonious and delicious indeed,

Vinyassa Yoga
Free flowing style with focus on alignment, breathing and fun! This style allows a variety of poses, including modifications for beginners & more advanced poses for the experienced. Some focus on core. All levels are welcome - if you can't touch your toes, it's a good reason to start Yoga.

Circuit/Strength/Flexibility

20/20/20
20 mins ABS: Improve everything you do by improving your "Core" strength and as a bonus you will soon be showing off your great looking abs.
20 mins PUMP: This is strength and resistance training challenging all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls with high repetition movements.
20 mins CARDIO INTERVAL TABATA: Tabata intervals consist of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest. This cycle is repeated 8 times (for a total of 4-minutes).
Assuming that you put forth a maximal effort, you will be surprised at how intense 4 minutes of exercise will feel. These intervals are both taxing and time efficient. Such intense work is excellent for all athletic and fitness endeavours.

Calorie Burn
Calorie Burn: This high-energy, calorie burning class, combines athletic movements, agility, plyometrics and strength and stabilization exercises.
Jump Rope Circuit
Burn more calories, move more muscles, tone and shape your body are just a few of the goals in this action packed hour. Using skipping ropes, sand filled bags and the incredible Kettle Bell weights to crush all the muscle tissues in your body, only to have them rebuilt into a fantastic body.

Ladies Boxing
This is a 6 week course that will not only help you to lose weight, tone up and get fit, but it will also teach you correct technique in how to stand, guard and deliver a punch.

Pump
Pump is a barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute addictive workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls. This fitness training focuses on high repetition movements with low weight loads, which helps you achieve the results you are looking for – and fast!

Skier/Boarder Fit
This is a 6 week pre-season training program for Skiers and Snowboarders. The concentration will be on strength, endurance, flexibility and core work.

Spin – Amazing Body
Spin and Amazing Body is perfect blend of cardio and functional strength training. 1/2 the time will be spent on the spin bikes and 1/2 the time will be spent doing functional strength moves.

Zumba Fitness
Ditch the workout & join the Party! The Zumba fitness is a fusion of red hot Latin and international music and contagious steps that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective class.

Personal Training

Reach Your Fitness, Weight & Health Goals.
We offer Personal Training in several very effective formats to suite you and your budget. Each format gives you one on one training time, monitoring and your own workout tailored to your fitness goals for the full 60 minutes. This is the most effective way to reach your goals and to maximize your time in the gym.

Small Group Personal Training
in groups of 2 or 3 will get a lot of one on one training time, personal monitoring, your own workout to match your goals. Enjoy the comradery of working out with someone else.

Program Design: If you know how to get around the gym but you'd like some new ideas, ask your favorite trainer to write up a new program for you.
